本文用1.5米回旋加速器加速带电粒子照射活塞环的活化方法,研究内燃机油的抗磨损性能。活化的活塞环放在1105单缸柴油机第二道环槽上进行磨损试验,采用归一法评定油品。通过近百次磨损曲线的测定,建立了方法,并评定八种油品,结果与行车数据相符。该法区分性和重复性较好,是一个快速而可靠地评定内燃机油抗磨损性能的实验室方法。
In this paper, a 1.5-meter cyclotron is used to accelerate the activation of charged particle irradiated piston rings to study the anti-wear properties of internal combustion engine oil. Activation of the piston ring on the 1105 single-cylinder diesel engine ring groove on the wear test, the use of normalized oil products. Through the determination of nearly 100 abrasion curves, the method was established and eight kinds of oil products were evaluated. The result was consistent with the driving data. This method has good distinction and repeatability and is a laboratory method for quickly and reliably evaluating the anti-wear performance of internal combustion engine oil.
