目的:探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)、彩色多普勒能量图(CDE)在腮腺良恶性肿瘤鉴别中的作用。方法:用二维声像图(2DUS)、彩色多普勒血流显像、彩色多普勒能量图等超声方法检查腮腺肿瘤90例,按肿块的2DUS特征和血流特点判定为良性和恶性,检查结果与手术后病理对照,将同一肿块的CDFI与血流显示情况及其血流动力学指标进行对比分析。结果:CDFI显示恶性肿瘤的血流信号检出率高,良、恶性肿物的血流信号检出率分别为34.62%(18/52)、81.58%(31/38)。CDE显示恶性肿瘤的血流信号更丰富,两者有显著性差异。结论:彩色多普勒超声在腮腺良恶性肿瘤诊断中具有重要的价值。
Objective: To explore the role of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and color Doppler energy imaging (CDE) in the differential diagnosis of parotid benign and malignant tumors. Methods: Totally 90 parotid tumors were examined by two-dimensional sonography (2DUS), color Doppler flow imaging and color Doppler energy imaging. The tumors were classified as benign and malignant by 2DUS features and blood flow characteristics , The examination results and postoperative pathological comparison, the same mass of CDFI and blood flow showed hemodynamic indicators and comparative analysis. Results: CDFI showed a high detection rate of blood flow signals in malignant tumors. The detection rates of blood flow signals in benign and malignant tumors were 34.62% (18/52) and 81.58% (31/38), respectively. CDE showed more abundant blood flow signals in malignant tumors, with significant differences between the two. Conclusion: Color Doppler ultrasound is of great value in the diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid tumors.
