Paraquat is the original dipyridyl contact killing herbicide developed by ICI in the 1960s. The mechanism of action of such agents is extremely damaging to the lipid synthesis of plants and to the double membrane structure of chloroplasts. It can be quickly absorbed into the body by green plant tissues and poisoned by the production of hydrogen peroxide. At present, due to the prolonged use of such medicaments for a long time and the poor conductivity, the root of weeds can not be applied, resulting in a lot of resistant weeds.
