去年六月二十五日在北京举行了高层次的‘吃鱼与健康’专家讨论会。农业部、中国学生营养促进会、中国医学科学院、中国预防科学院营养卫生研究所、中国水产科学研究院、中国科协、中国医学科学院肿瘤研究所、北京军区总医院、北京水产总公司的著名水产专家、食品专家、营养卫生专家、学者、教授出席了会议。著名营养学家于若木作了《水产品与健康及智力的关系》的重要发言。其他专家、学者也围绕水产品的营养,科学吃鱼,吃鱼与妇幼保健,吃鱼与延年益寿,吃鱼与防治病等课题宣读了论文,阐述了自己的见解。中
