对采用阴极保护和沥青防腐层联合防护的管道防腐层质量进行了调查分析。外界因素是影响防腐层质量的主要原因,主要包括土壤理化性质、环境温度及电流干扰(恒电位仪运行参数和杂散电流)等。通过研究分析得出:管道周围含水量大的地方防腐层质量优于干燥之处;管道周围环境温度增高将加速防腐层老化,因此,出站段防腐层的老化比进站段严重;管道与电力线交叉时,由于感应二次电压而使管道防腐层老化。
The cathodic protection and asphalt protective coating combined with pipeline coating quality analysis were conducted. External factors are the main factors affecting the quality of the anti-corrosion coating, including soil physical and chemical properties, ambient temperature and current interference (potentiostatic instrument operating parameters and stray current). Through the research and analysis, it is concluded that the quality of anti-corrosion layer is better than that of the drying place where the water content around the pipe is large; the aging of the anti-corrosion layer is accelerated due to the increase of the ambient temperature around the pipe; therefore, When the power line crosses, the pipeline anticorrosion layer ages due to the induction of secondary voltage.
