铅球教学中 ,运用神经系统兴奋与抑制相互诱导理论 ,合理采用非优势手练习的实验研究 ,结果表明 ,实验班铅球成绩与对照班相比有大幅度的提高 ;同时还对练习者心理因素的调节 ,身体素质的全面发展 ,以及对大脑另一半球的开发 ,使大脑左右两半球均衡发展 ,对提高神经系统的调节功能 ,开发学生智力有着明显的改善。因此 ,非优势手练习不失为一种有价值的教学手段与方法 ,在教学中应予以重视
