心理护理联合健康教育在艾滋病患者中的实施效果及临床评价

目的 探讨心理护理联合健康教育在艾滋病(AIDS)患者中的实施效果.方法 选取2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的AIDS患者116例随机分为对照组和观察组,各58例,分别进行常规护理及心理护理联合健康教育.结果 干预前两组抑郁评分51.36±7.43 vs 50.13±7.96,无显著差异(t=0.861,P>0.05),干预后两组评分均有所下降(t=7.305、11.475,P<0.05),且观察组36.22±3.48分低于对照组的43.28±3.97分(t=10.185,P<0.05).干预前两组焦虑评分53.32±8.80 vs 52.02±7.87无显著差异(t=0.225,P>0.05),干预后两组评分均有所下降(t=5.953、9.485,P<0.05),且观察组41.20±3.68分低于对照组的45.63±4.20分(t=6.042,P<0.05).干预前两组知识掌握程度82.63±6.55 vs 81.03±7.67,无显著差异(t=1.004,P>0.05),干预后两组均有所下降(t=4.281、9.744,P<0.05),且观察组92.23±4.22分高于对照组的87.35±5.14分(t=8.396,P<0.05).干预前两组自我效能量表(GSES)评分18.33±3.45 vs 19.06±4.62无显著差异(t=0.964,P>0.05),干预后两组均有所下降(t=8.235、9.825,P<0.05),且观察组28.17±5.34分高于对照组的25.31±5.50分(t=3.308,P<0.05).结论 在艾滋病患者中开展积极心理护理与健康教育,能够消除其不良情绪,提升其对自身艾滋病病情的掌握,促进CD4+T淋巴细胞的增长,从而对患者疾病的治疗产生积极影响.“,”Objective To explore implementation effect of psychological nursing combined health education in acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) patients. After intervention, the scores of the two groups both decreased (t=4.281, 9.744, P<0.05), and the figure for observation group 92.23±4.22 was higher than the figure for control group 87.35±5.14 (t= 8.396, P<0.05); There was no distinct difference between the GSES of the two groups 18.33±3.45 and 19.06±4.62 respectively before intervention(t=0.964, P>0.05). After intervention, the scores of the two groups both decreased (t=8.235, 9.825, P<0.05), and the figure for observation group 28.17±5.34 was higher than the figure for control group 25.31±5.50 (t=3.308, P<0.05). Conclusion Carrying out positive psychological nursing and health education in AIDS patients can eliminate their bad emotions, improve their mastery of their own AIDS condition, promote the growth of CD4+ T lymphocytes, and thus have a positive impact on the treatment of the disease.
