本文从视频电子文件的来源、压缩编码标准、存储形式、传输方式等方面分析了其类型及特点,研究了视频电子文件归档的要求,并从归档要求出发,指出视频电子文件的归档格式不是惟一的,应根据文件保管目的和利用环境的不同区分为脱机保存格式、近在线保存格式和在线保存格式三类,同时给出了各类保存格式的选择建议。 In this paper, the types and characteristics of video electronic files are analyzed from the sources of video electronic files, compression coding standards, storage formats and transmission methods.
