川农17是一个含1RS.1BL易位染色体的保绿高产小麦新品种,能有效地延缓叶片衰老和维持开花后较长时期的高光合性能.生理、生物化学和透射电子显微镜结果表明,川农17在灌浆期的旗叶净光合速率、叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、超氧化物岐化酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性,叶绿体及其超微结构变化的时间进程等方面,与对照品种绵阳11存在显著差异,且保持较长时间的强光合反应能力和光合速率.叶绿体发育的超微结构变化与叶片生理衰老变化紧密相关.川农17在生理、生物化学和细胞结构之间的协调发展是其获得高籽粒产量的重要保障.
