在pH4的介质中以荧光分光光度法测定诺氟沙星,采用激发波长327nm、发射波长450nm.在浓度0.08~1.6μg/ml的范围内荧光强度与浓度呈良好的线性关系。荧光强度稳定,测定结果与非水滴定法基本一致。并探讨了诺氟沙星体内血药浓度的测定。
The concentration of norfloxacin was determined by fluorescence spectrophotometry at pH4 with the excitation wavelength of 327nm and the emission wavelength of 450nm.The fluorescence intensity showed a good linear relationship with the concentration in the range of 0.08-1.6μg / ml. Fluorescence intensity is stable, the measurement results and non-water titration method is basically the same. In addition, the determination of norfloxacin in vivo blood concentration was discussed.
