苏布雷水电站项目是中国水利水电第五工程局有限公司(简称水电五局)第一个国外大型EPC(设计engineer、采购procure、施工construct)总承包项目,也是科特迪瓦国家在建的最大工程项目。科特迪瓦国家工业基础薄弱,设备物资贫乏,设备物资采购是制约项目进展的一项关键工作。本文重点介绍了利用国内外研究EPC项目采购理论实践苏布雷项目设备物资采购,为在非洲落后国家建设水电站设备物资采购管理提供典范,在此与读者共享。
The Subei hydropower project is the first EPC project (design engineer, procurement procure and construction construct) contracted by China Water Conservancy and Hydropower Fifth Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hydropower Bureau”) and the largest construction project under construction in Cote d’Ivoire. Côte d’Ivoire’s weak national industrial base, the shortage of equipment and equipment, and the procurement of equipment and supplies are a key constraint to the progress of the project.
