以软件工程学为指导 ,以有限差分法和有限元法为基础 ,开发了几种常见形状零件气体渗碳过程计算机模拟软件。该软件克服了一般气体渗碳模拟软件只能模拟一维无限大平板或无限长圆棒的缺陷 ,对平板、圆棒、内孔、矩形截面、内直角、外直角、球面、尖角等多种形状零件的渗碳过程均可进行模拟 ,模拟结果可用等浓度线、浓度云图等多种形式输出 ,形象直观 ,方便用户使用该软件进行渗碳工艺辅助设计 ,明显提高工作效率。
Guided by software engineering, based on finite difference method and finite element method, several computer simulation softwares for gas carburization of common shape parts have been developed. The software overcomes the general gas carburizing simulation software can only simulate the one-dimensional infinite plate or infinite round rod defects, flat plate, round bar, bore, rectangular cross section, right angle, right angle, spherical, sharp corners and other The carburizing process of the shape parts can be simulated. The simulation results can be output in various forms such as concentration lines and concentration clouds. The images are intuitive and convenient for the user to use the software for the carburizing process aided design so as to obviously improve work efficiency.
