随着微波技术的发展,微波在辅助提取方面的应用取得了显著的效果。本实验用微波加热替代水浴加热,从功率和时间两个因素来探讨微波对1%NaOH抽提率的影响。实验结果表明,对2g稻草粉末做1%NaOH抽出物检测时,采用微波辐射10min,辐射功率用421~435W,可获得与传统的恒温水浴反应60min同样的检测效果。重复实验显示微波法具有较好的稳定性。
With the development of microwave technology, microwave assisted extraction has achieved remarkable results. In this experiment, microwave heating instead of water bath heating, from the power and time of two factors to explore the microwave 1% NaOH extraction rate. The experimental results show that when 1% NaOH extract is detected on 2g rice straw powder, the same detection effect as the traditional constant temperature water bath reaction for 60min can be obtained by microwave radiation for 10min and radiation power with 421 ~ 435W. Repeated experiments show that the microwave method has better stability.
