应用热分析、阴燃方法实验研究4种固体生物质可燃物(玉米粉、玉米秸、玉米秸所制热解炭和活性炭粉体)的燃烧特性。结果表明:1)在热分析仪中,玉米秸和玉米粉的热解、燃烧特性类似,玉米秸所制热解炭和活性炭燃烧特性类似;2)在阴燃反应器中,4种物质燃烧特性差异明显。自然状态下,玉米粉不能维持阴燃,玉米秸、玉米秸所制热解炭和活性炭3种物料粉末均可维持阴燃。3种物料在阴燃过程中床层收缩特性差异显著,物料内部温度也有一定差别。结合4种物料及其灰分的微观机构,分析其燃烧特性差异的原因。
The combustion characteristics of four solid biomass combustibles (corn flour, corn stalks, pyrolysis carbons and activated carbon powders made from corn stalks) were studied by means of thermal analysis and smoldering methods. The results showed that: 1) In the thermal analyzer, the pyrolysis and combustion characteristics of corn stalks and corn flour were similar. The pyrolysis charcoal made from corn stalks was similar to that of activated carbon. 2) In the smoldering reactor, Significant differences in characteristics. Under natural conditions, the corn flour can not maintain a smoldering burnt, the pyrolytic carbon made from corn stalks and corn stalks and the powdered activated carbon can be smoldering. Three kinds of materials in the process of smoldering shrinkage characteristics of the bed significantly different material temperature is also a certain difference. Combining the microstructure of four materials and their ash, the reasons for the difference in combustion characteristics were analyzed.
