一、概述我厂生产水泥制品已有30多年,但蒸汽养护一直沿用传统工艺,虽然产品质量问题并不突出,但由于人工操作,很难做到准确地按工艺要求进行供汽,能源浪费严重。为此,我们邀请河北化工学院工业自动化仪表教研室共同研制了水泥制品蒸汽养护群控装置。根据生产工艺的特点,采用二位式调节,即蒸养坑内的实际温度与某一时刻应达到的温度值相比较后,决定电磁阀的开或闭来控制蒸养坑内的温度,
I. Overview Our factory has been producing cement products for more than 30 years, but steam curing has been using traditional techniques. Although product quality problems are not prominent, due to manual operation, it is difficult to accurately provide steam according to process requirements, resulting in serious energy waste. . To this end, we invited the Institute of Industrial Automation Instrumentation of the Hebei University of Chemical Technology to jointly develop a cement product steam curing group control device. According to the characteristics of the production process, two-position adjustment is adopted, that is, the actual temperature in the steaming pit is compared with the temperature value that should be reached at a certain time, and the opening or closing of the solenoid valve is determined to control the temperature in the steaming pit.
