本文结合广州地区日企汽车行业的人才需求,从课程设置、教学实施、师资建设、校企合作等方面对日语专业人才培养模式改革进行了探索与实践,并试图为其他地区的高职院校日语专业人才培养提供有益的借鉴。 Based on the demand of talents in Japanese auto industry in Guangzhou, this paper explores and practices the reform of Japanese professional training mode from the aspects of curriculum setup, teaching implementation, teacher construction and school-enterprise cooperation. At the same time, Japanese professional training to provide useful lessons.
