我们于1986年4月始,应用复方甲苯达唑等4种药物分成7组,对蛔虫和蛲虫感染者进行治疗,观察其疗效。 治疗对象与方法 选择泰安市郊区徂徕镇许家庄一所中学、一所小学和一个幼儿园学生共640例。其中男性427例,女性213例,年龄在3～18岁。皆系用改良加藤法粪检出蛔虫卵,用透明胶纸肛拭法检出蛲虫卵者。 药物与分组 复方甲苯达唑每片含甲苯达唑100mg和盐酸左旋咪唑25mg,陕西省汉江制药厂生产,批号:850540。噻嘧啶每片0.3g,杭州第一制药厂生产。左旋咪唑每片25mg,江苏省徐州制药厂生产,批号:840104。驱蛔灵每片0.5g,济南第二制药厂生产,批号:8601132。 由于各班感染度无显著差异,故以班为单位,
