以1,4-丁二醇和丁二酸为原料,通过加入少量的扩链剂,利用直接缩聚法在短时间内合成了高分子量的聚丁二酸丁二醇酯(PBS)。采用GPC、DSC以及TGA等方法对产物进行了表征,同时研究了扩链剂的加入对聚合物性能的影响。结果表明,当扩链剂加入量为PBS预聚物的2.5%时,扩链产物的性能最佳,重均分子量由3万上升到17万,拉伸强度达到了44.4MPa。扩链后PBS的熔点下降,结晶度和生物降解性降低,但是其热分解温度有所提高,具有良好的热稳定性。
Using 1,4-butanediol and succinic acid as raw materials, polybutylene succinate (PBS) with high molecular weight was synthesized in a short time by direct polycondensation by adding a small amount of chain extender. The products were characterized by GPC, DSC and TGA, and the influence of chain extender on the properties of polymer was also studied. The results showed that when the amount of chain extender was 2.5% of PBS prepolymer, the chain extension product had the best performance. The weight average molecular weight increased from 30,000 to 170,000 and the tensile strength reached 44.4 MPa. After the chain extension of the melting point of PBS decreased, the crystallinity and biodegradability decreased, but the thermal decomposition temperature has increased, with good thermal stability.
