血小板灭活是婴幼儿先天性心脏病体外心肺转流(CPB)手术中和手术后出血的重要因素[1]。有报道认为在CPB中成人和儿童患者的循环血细胞有功能和结构改变[2],血小板被激活,释放颗粒和新抗原如 CD62和 CD63对血小板细胞膜的表达,另外,血小板膜糖蛋白Ib的表达减少。婴幼儿CPB时循环血量相对较少,因此,血小板活性和膜受体的灭活相对较多。为了探讨CPB对婴幼儿血小板反应性的影响,用全血流式细胞术(Fcy)可从小样本的全血中检测出大量的单个血小板膜受体,即血小板粘附受体膜糖蛋白Ib的表面密度和血小板激活程度,由P-选择素阳性量确定。
