目的 :探讨我国人角膜曲率半径的正常值及不同性别、不同年龄的角膜曲率半径差异。方法 :对 10 998只眼的角膜曲率进行检测 ,并按男、女、每 10岁一组进行统计分析。结果 :(1)K1为 7 6 5mm ,K2 为 7 71mm ,平均K值为 7 6 7mm。较眼科学正常值K :7 77mm短 0 1mm。 (2 )K的平均值男性较女性的长 0 115 5mm。且女性各年龄段角膜曲率半径均比男性的有不同程度的减短。 (3)男女均随年龄的增长 ,角膜曲率半径大致呈递减趋势 ,即 :角膜曲率半径与年龄成反比关系。 (4 )男女K1,K2 之比 ,均随年龄增长而增长 ,即K1逐渐增长 ,K2 逐渐减短。结论 :本文测定的角膜曲率较眼科文献中提供的正常值短 0 1mm ,并且存在着年龄、性别上的差异
Objective: To investigate the normal corneal radius of curvature and the corneal radius of curvature of different gender and age in China. Methods: The corneal curvature of 10 998 eyes was detected and analyzed by men and women and every 10 years old group. Results: (1) K1 is 7 6 5mm, K2 is 71 71mm, the average K value is 7 6 7mm. Than the normal ophthalmology K: 7 77mm short 0 1mm. (2) The mean of K is longer than that of females by 0,115 mm. And women of all ages corneal radius of curvature than men have different degrees of reduction. (3) Both men and women with age, corneal radius of curvature is generally decreasing trend, namely: corneal radius of curvature and age is inversely proportional relationship. (4) K1, K2 ratio of men and women increased with age, that is, K1 gradually increased and K2 gradually decreased. CONCLUSIONS: The corneal curvature measured in this study was 0.1 mm shorter than the normal values provided in the ophthalmic literature, with age and gender differences
