FGR(即玻璃钢杆)是一种单向纤维增强塑料。杆在运动过程中,动力参数、波速与阻尼系数是分析杆动力响应的必要动力系数。FGR是由纤维与树脂两种不同材料复合而成的,两种不同力学性能材料决定了FGR波速等参数的特殊性。本文从理论上分析了FGR的纵向波速,并用振动方法进行了实测。文中还利用粘弹性介质理论,测试了FGR的粘滞阻尼系数。并指出了杆与杆之间的接箍质量将决定杆柱的内阻尼特性。
FGR (fiberglass rod) is a unidirectional fiber-reinforced plastic. During the movement of the rod, the dynamic parameters, wave velocity and damping coefficient are the necessary dynamic coefficients to analyze the dynamic response of the rod. FGR is composed of two kinds of fiber and resin composite materials, two different mechanical properties of the material determines the FGR wave velocity and other special parameters. In this paper, the longitudinal wave velocity of FGR is theoretically analyzed and measured by vibration method. The viscoelastic medium theory is also used to test the viscous damping coefficient of FGR. And pointed out that the quality of the coupling between the rod and the rod will determine the internal damping characteristics of the rod.
