目的:观察急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者外周血单核细胞中过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体δ(PPARδ)的表达及其与基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)的相关性。方法:纳入52例ACS患者和46例健康对照者,分离其外周血单核细胞,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测PPARδ的表达;采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清MMP-9和TIMP-1的水平。结果:ACS患者外周血单核细胞中PPARδ的表达水平显著低于健康对照组(p<0.01);ACS患者血清MMP-9水平高于健康对照组(p<0.01),而TIMP-1水平低于健康对照组(p<0.01);PPARδ表达水平与MMP-9呈负相关(r=-0.421,p<0.05),而与TIMP-1呈正相关(r=0.531,p<0.05)。结论:PPARδ可能在ACS的发病中具有重要作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor δ (PPARδ) in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) and its relationship with the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tissue metalloproteinases Inhibitor-1 (TIMP-1). Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from 52 patients with ACS and 46 healthy controls. The expression of PPARδ was detected by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The serum levels of MMP- 9 and TIMP-1 levels. Results: The expression of PPARδ in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with ACS was significantly lower than that of healthy controls (p <0.01). The serum levels of MMP-9 in patients with ACS were significantly higher than those in healthy controls (p <0.01), while the levels of TIMP-1 The expression of PPARδ was negatively correlated with MMP-9 (r = -0.421, p <0.05), but positively correlated with TIMP-1 (r = 0.531, p <0.05) in the healthy control group (p <0.01). Conclusion: PPARδ may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ACS.
