为有效控制和消除煤矿员工不安全行为,基于行为安全和系统动力学理论,构建员工不安全行为干预系统动力学模型,并通过模拟仿真比较分析组织和个体的干预效果。结果表明组织干预要明显优于个体干预,提高组织安全氛围为煤矿员工最佳的行为干预方法。
In order to effectively control and eliminate the unsafe behavior of coal mine workers, a system dynamics model of employee unsafe behavior intervention was constructed based on behavioral safety and system dynamics theory. The effects of organizational and individual intervention were compared and analyzed through simulation. The results showed that tissue intervention was significantly better than individual intervention to improve the organizational safety climate for coal mine employees the best behavior intervention.
