高职院校学生旷课是非常普遍的现象,并且是困扰高校学生管理和教学的一个重要问题,针对指出高职学生旷课的现状及特点,从外在和内在两个方面分析高职院校大学生旷课现象的原因,并提出降低高职院校学生旷课行为的策略,以期对大学生旷课行为进行有效预防和管理。
The absenteeism of students in higher vocational colleges is a very common phenomenon, and it is an important issue that plagues the management and teaching of college students. In view of the current situation and characteristics of high school students’ absenteeism, this paper analyzes the external and internal aspects of college students The reasons for the phenomenon of absenteeism, and put forward strategies to reduce the absenteeism of students in vocational colleges in order to prevent and manage the absenteeism of college students effectively.
