在对国内外井筒温度、压力预测方法调研的基础上,确定了预测空心杆抽油机井井筒压力、温度分布的方法。针对抽油机井井筒空心杆掺热流体和空心杆电加热两种不同的伴热方式进行了分析,分别建立了预测井筒温度、压力分布数学模型。通过对井筒中流体的各种物性参数对井筒温度、压力分布的影响的分析,采用了迭代法进行井筒温度、压力分布的数值计算,并用计算机程序成功求出了井筒中流体的压力分布和温度分布,最终利用程序运行出来的数据分别绘制出了井筒温度和井筒压力分布曲线并对其进行分析和评价。
Based on the investigation of wellbore temperature and pressure prediction method at home and abroad, the method of predicting wellbore pressure and temperature distribution of hollow shaft pumping well was established. In this paper, two different heat tracing methods are analyzed, including the mathematical model of temperature and pressure distribution in wellbore. Through the analysis of the influence of various physical parameters of wellbore fluid on wellbore temperature and pressure distribution, an iterative method was used to calculate the wellbore temperature and pressure distribution. The pressure distribution and temperature of wellbore fluid were obtained successfully by computer program Distribution, and finally run out of the program data were drawn out of the wellbore temperature and wellbore pressure distribution curve and its analysis and evaluation.
