在30侧成年尸体膝关节标本上研究了前交叉韧带的动态长度及截面积。前交叉韧带长度随膝关节运动而变化,最大应变19.42％,最大伸长4.65mm。韧带中部截面积为39.95±10.22mm~2。本文为临床治疗前交叉韧带损伤、选择合适的修复和重建材料提供了形态学依据。
The dynamic length and cross-sectional area of anterior cruciate ligament were studied on 30 adult cadaver knee specimens. Anterior cruciate ligament length changes with the knee movement, the maximum strain of 19.42%, the maximum elongation of 4.65mm. The central cross-sectional area of the ligament was 39.95 ± 10.22mm ~ 2. This article provides a morphological basis for the clinical treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury and the selection of appropriate repair and reconstruction materials.
