目的 :客观、定量了解亚急性联合变性 (subacutecombineddegeneration ,SCD)患者的静立姿势平衡功能及治疗前后的变化。方法 :采用重心摆动仪测试 30名正常人及 12例SCD患者治疗前后的姿势图及有关参数。结果 :正常人重心摆动轨迹中心型多见 ,SCD患者重心摆动轨迹呈弥散型 ;SCD患者重心摆动的面积增大 ,速度增快 ,与正常人比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ;SCD患者闭眼时摆动面积明显增大 ,与睁眼比较有极显著差异 (P <0 0 1)。SCD患者经VitB12 治疗后 ,症状有明显改善 (P <0 0 1) ,静立姿势图治疗前后的变化与临床症状相符。结论 :重心摆动检查能客观、定量评价SCD的直立姿势平衡功能 ,对评价平衡障碍的程度 ,疾病的经过、治疗的效果及平衡康复训练结果有一定的实用价值 Objective: To objectively and quantitatively understand the static posture balance function of subacute combined degeneration (SCD) patients and their changes before and after treatment. Methods: The posture and related parameters of 30 normal subjects and 12 SCD patients before and after treatment were measured by using center of gravity swing instrument. Results: The centripetal locomotion of central nervous system was more common in normal subjects. The center of gravity swing path of SCD patients was diffuse. The area of ​​center of gravity swing of SCD patients increased and the speed was faster than that of normal subjects (P <0.05). The swing area of ​​eyes with SCD increased significantly when eyes closed, which was significantly different from those with eyes open (P <0.01). After treatment with VitB12, the symptoms of SCD patients were significantly improved (P <0.01). The changes of static posture before and after treatment were consistent with the clinical symptoms. Conclusion: The examination of the center of gravity swing can objectively and quantitatively evaluate the erect posture balance function of SCD, which has certain practical value for evaluating the degree of balance disorder, the course of disease, the effect of treatment and the outcome of balanced rehabilitation training
