Opera PMS是一款全英文界面,针对国际连锁集团数据中心应用模式,迎合不同规模酒店以及酒店集团的各种需求的多功能、快捷高效、灵活实用的业务处理软件。中职学校《前厅服务》课程中引入该软件教学有三个方面的必要性:首先是,行业人才技能标准对学生提出掌握Opera PMS要求,第二,《前厅服务》课程引入Opera PMS软件有利于课程理实一体化教学;第三,掌握Opera PMS软件有利于促进学生职业生涯发展。课堂教学引入Opera PMS的具体教学实施策略则主要分为课程内容设计以及教学形式方法设计两个方面。其中,课程内容设计方面则需要做到教学目标与职业技能考证目标融通设计,以及课程内容依据岗位需求与Opera PMS软件功能相结合进行模块重组设计;而教学形式与方法设计方面则可以运用方位记忆教学法,尝试课程双语教学,教学过程以企业真实项目为载体系统化教学,课程教学实行校企双主体考核制度。通过Opera PMS软件有效渗透《前厅服务》真实项目教学的实践探索,教学效果对比主要体现在:增强学生学习知识的直观性;全英文界面促进教师双语教学;扩大学生在任务活动中的参与面;突显教师讲授业务制单过程的工作情景元素,提升业务操作真实性;双主体教学与考核模式加强课程内容与行业标准对接,实训项目与考证项目对接。
