1989年12月6～13日,中国人民大学档案学院举行第15次科学讨论会。中心议题是总结档案学研究的经验,对我国40年来档案学发展进行回顾和展望。讨论会由档案系副主任曹喜琛主持。吴宝康等13位同志向讨论会提交了《评〈回顾与展望——对我国档案学发展的历史考察〉》等11篇论文。会上,首先由一些同志就各自论文的主要内容作简要发言,接着进行分组讨论和大会发言,最后由档案学院副院长、档案系主任李鸿健作了总结发言。与会者畅所欲言,各抒己见。他们按照国家档案局《关于在档案工作中贯彻党的十三届四中全会精神的意见》中有关“加强对档案学研究正确引导”的精神,对我国40年来档案学发展的成绩和不足,阐述了个人的见解。与会者本着互相学习,与人为善的原则,心平气和、实事求 December 1989 December 6 ~ 13, Archives of Renmin University of China held the 15th scientific seminar. The central topic is to summarize the experience of archival science research and to review and forecast the development of archival science in our country over the past 40 years. The seminar was chaired by Cao Xichen, deputy director of the archives department. Thirteen comrades, including Wu Baokang, submitted 11 papers to the seminar, “Review, Review and Prospect - Historical Review of the Development of Archives in China.” At the meeting, some comrades made brief speeches on the main contents of their respective papers, followed by group discussions and speeches at the congress. Finally, Li Hongjian, vice dean of the archives institute and director of the department of archives made a concluding speech. Participants speak their minds and express their opinions.
