采用BCR连续提取法分析了伊宁市东区污水处理厂污泥中Pb、Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn化学形态,测试方法采用火焰原子吸收法。提取的形态分别为:弱酸态(第一步)、可还原态(第二步)及可氧化态(第三步),将3步提取态之和加上残渣态质量分数与土壤成分分析标准物质(GSS-12)重金属总量进行了比较,回收率在92.5%-99.3%之间。伊宁市东区污水处理厂污泥中铬、铅、镍、铜、锌主要以稳定态存在,其生物活性较低,污泥农用时较为安全。
The chemical forms of Pb, Cr, Ni, Cu and Zn in sewage sludge from the East District of Yining City were analyzed by BCR continuous extraction method. The test method was flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The extracted forms were as follows: weak acid state (first step), reducible state (second step) and oxidizable state (third step), the sum of the three-step extracted state plus the residue state mass fraction and soil composition analysis standard Substance (GSS-12) total heavy metals were compared, the recovery was between 92.5% -99.3%. Chromium, lead, nickel, copper and zinc in the sludge from the East District Wastewater Treatment Plant in Yining City mainly exist in a steady state with low biological activity and relatively safe sludge for agricultural use.
