几年来,面对国内钢铁行业竞争激烈、微利经营的市场困局,通化钢铁股份公司紧紧抓住与首钢重组的时机,积极推进企业文化的整合与相融,坚持以“创新、创优、创业”的“三创”精神统领主题教育实践活动,着力搭建学习型企业文化平台,为促进企业科学发展提供了动力支撑。丰富主题教育实践活动内容改善员工心智模式打造学习型企业文化,学习是基础,改善心智模式是关键。两年来,公司坚持抓住加强员工观念培育和心智模式改善的关键点,不断丰富主题教育实践活动内容,坚持用“创新、创优、创业”精神统领员工思想,指导工作实践。
