一、前言目前有许多大功率的汽轮发电机组超寿命运行。国内、外均发生过在转轴上出现裂纹的现象。目前直接确定裂纹的方法(如超声波、红外线)仅能探测停运状态的转子,不能在运行状态下进行测量。因而如何应用振动监测的有效工具来及时确定运行条件下裂纹出现和发展的技术,以防止转轴突然断裂的灾难性事故,已引起人们极其浓厚的兴趣。虽然人们已意识到确立断裂轴的检测和故障诊断技术非常重要,与以前相比,已能够进行某种程度的判断,但技术上尚未完
I. Preface There are many high-power turbo-generator super-life operation. Domestic and foreign have occurred in the shaft on the phenomenon of cracks. Currently, the method of directly determining cracks (such as ultrasonic and infrared rays) can only detect the rotor in the out-of-service state and can not be measured in the running state. Therefore, how to apply effective techniques of vibration monitoring to identify the occurrence and development of cracks under operating conditions in time so as to prevent catastrophic accident of rupture of shaft suddenly has aroused great interest. Although it has been recognized that it is important to establish techniques for the detection and fault diagnosis of broken shafts, some degree of judgment has been made compared with the previous ones, but technically not yet complete
