随着素质教育的全面提出,新时期学生的健康教育问题成为教师需要思考的问题。体育教学活动的开展对提升学生综合素质,促进学生全面发展有十分重要的作用。在人本理念的引导下,高校公共体育课程的开设应在课程目标、课程设置、课程内容等方面进一步渗透人本理念,充分彰显学生在体育学习中的主体地位,提升学生的体育综合素养,促进学生的全面发展。
