通过在无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-R)中添加聚二苯氧基磷腈(PDPP),进行熔融共混改性制备PP-R/PDPP复合材料,分析PDPP对PP-R复合材料力学性能和热学性能的影响。结果表明,PDPP的加入使得PP-R的晶型由原来单一的α晶型转变为α与β混合晶型;复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和弯曲强度均随PDPP含量的增加而提高;PP-R/PDPP共混物具有比PP-R更高的热稳定性。
PP-R / PDPP composites were prepared by melt-blending modification by adding poly-diphenoxyphosphazene (PDPP) to random copolymerization polypropylene (PP-R). The mechanical properties of PP-R composites And thermal properties. The results showed that the addition of PDPP changed the crystalline form of PP-R from single α crystal to α and β mixed crystal. The tensile strength, elongation at break and flexural strength of PP-R changed with the increase of PDPP content PP-R / PDPP blends have higher thermal stability than PP-R.
