目的探讨毛细支气管炎患儿血清γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-4水平变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性。方法 1.采用ELISA法检测54例毛细支气管炎患儿治疗前后和随访2个月时血清IFNγ-、IL-4水平;2.将54例毛细支气管炎患儿按呼吸困难评分平分为轻度组、中度组和重度组,比较3组患儿血清IFNγ-、IL-4水平变化。同时采用ELISA法检测20例健康儿童血清IFN-γ及IL-4水平做比较。结果 1.毛细支气管炎患儿治疗前血清IFN-γ水平显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01),治疗后其水平升高,显著高于治疗前(P<0.01),但仍低于健康对照组(P<0.01)。治疗前血清IL-4水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01),治疗后其水平下降,显著低于治疗前(P<0.01),但仍高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。随诊2个月后,IFNγ-、IL-4水平接近健康对照组。2.轻度组血清IFN-γ水平显著高于中度组,中度组显著高于重度组(Pa<0.01);中度组血清IL-4水平显著低于重度组(P<0.01)。结论毛细支气管炎患儿血清INF-γ水平降低,IL-4水平升高,FN-γ/IL-4水平失衡,并与病情严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum levels of interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and IL-4 in children with bronchiolitis and their relationship with the severity of the disease. 54 cases of bronchiolitis were detected by ELISA method before and after treatment and at 2 months follow-up of serum IFNγ, IL-4 levels; 54 cases of bronchiolitis in children with dyspnea were divided into mild group , Moderate and severe groups. The changes of serum IFNγ- and IL-4 levels in three groups were compared. The levels of IFN-γ and IL-4 in 20 healthy children were compared by ELISA. Serum levels of IFN-γ in children with bronchiolitis before treatment were significantly lower than those in healthy controls (P <0.01), and were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.01), but still lower than those in healthy controls Control group (P <0.01). The level of IL-4 in serum before treatment was significantly higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.01). The level of IL-4 in serum before treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.01), but still higher than that in healthy controls (P <0.01). After 2 months of follow-up, IFNγ- and IL-4 levels were close to healthy controls. Serum levels of IFN-γ in mild group were significantly higher than those in moderate group, moderate group were significantly higher than those in severe group (Pa0.01), while serum IL-4 levels in moderate group were significantly lower than those in severe group (P <0.01). Conclusion The serum level of INF-γ, the level of IL-4 and the imbalance of FN-γ / IL-4 in children with bronchiolitis are related to the severity of the disease.
