伴随世界贸易与海外旅行的迅速发展,国家之间、地区之间传染病的传播不断加速。为了有效防止传染病传播、掌握基因检测诊断技术,作为笹川医学研究者制度第10期特别研修生,我在日本国立感染症研究所(NIID)针对日本传染病监测体系和 HIV 感染的基因检测研修一年(2001.04-2002.03)。采用硫氰酸胍法提取 HIV-RNA,用高纯度 PCR 模板制备试剂盒提取 HBV-DNA并获得了满意的实验结果。事实上只要有相应的引物(primer),就可对所有的病毒和细菌等病原体感染进行检测诊断。基因诊断在传染病监测和研究中具有很多长处和重要作用,应该利用这一先进技术服务并发展我们的检验检疫和卫生保健事业。
With the rapid development of world trade and overseas travel, the spread of infectious diseases among countries and regions is accelerating. In order to effectively prevent the spread of infectious diseases and master genetic testing and diagnosis techniques, as a special trainee of the Sasakawa Medical Research Institution’s 10th installment, at the Japan National Institute of Infectious Diseases (NIID), I conducted a genetic testing program for Japan’s infectious disease surveillance system and HIV infection Year (2001.04-2002.03). HIV-RNA was extracted by guanidium thiocyanate method, HBV-DNA was extracted by high purity PCR template preparation kit and satisfactory experimental results were obtained. In fact, as long as the corresponding primer (primer), you can detect all pathogens such as viruses and bacteria for diagnosis. Gene diagnosis has many strengths and important functions in the monitoring and research of infectious diseases. It should be used to serve and develop our inspection and quarantine and health care businesses.
