目的建立青皮饮片的高效液相色谱特征图谱。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为安捷伦ZORBAX SB C18;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长360 nm;柱温35℃;体积流量1.0mL·min~(-1)。采用相似度评价、化学计量学方法(聚类分析、主成分分析)对其结果进行分析。结果根据特征图谱确定了18个共有峰,相似度均大于0.83,根据化学计量学结果(主成分分析及聚类分析)可将13批样品分为2类。结论该方法简便可靠,可为青皮饮片的质量控制和评价提供依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC chromatogram of Qingpi Pieces. Methods The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 360 nm. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The volume flow rate was 1.0 mL · min -1 ). Similarity evaluation, chemometrics (cluster analysis, principal component analysis) were used to analyze the results. Results According to the characteristic maps, 18 common peaks were identified and the similarity was above 0.83. According to the results of chemometrics (principal component analysis and cluster analysis), 13 batches of samples could be divided into two groups. Conclusion The method is simple and reliable, which can provide the basis for the quality control and evaluation of Qingpi Pieces.
