目的:建立麻城福白菊种质的ISSR遗传图谱,指导福白菊品种的选育。方法:运用ISSR分子标记技术,利用SPSS15.0软件进行分析,建立Jaccard相关系数矩阵,构建福白菊的遗传关系树系图,分析其遗传特性及其与各地菊花品种的亲缘关系。结果:通过ISSR分析,证实了福白菊与其他各菊花品种之间的遗传距离均较远,可作为一个单独的品种。结论:该ISSR图谱可以准确鉴别福白菊品种。
Objective: To establish ISSR genetic map of Fusui Ju germplasm and to guide the breeding of Fusui Ju. Methods: By using ISSR molecular marker technique and SPSS15.0 software, we established Jaccard correlation coefficient matrix and constructed the genetic relationship tree map of Fubon chrysanthemum, and analyzed its genetic characteristics and its genetic relationship with other chrysanthemum varieties. Results: ISSR analysis confirmed that the genetic distance between Fusarium dahurica and other Chrysanthemum cultivars was far and could be used as a single species. Conclusion: This ISSR map can accurately identify Fusarium graminearum.
