为了验证FDI与东道国的贸易关系理论，本文从国际收支角度对FDI与我国贸易差额关系进行了实证研究。选取1983--2007年数据，使用协整分析方法对两变量之间的相关性进行了回归分析，结果表明，从长期来看，FDI与我国贸易差额之间存在正相关性。因此，建议长期坚持合理、有效引进外资的政策。
