目的探讨血清尿酸水平在2型糖尿病(T2DM)发生发展中的意义。方法检测934例T2DM患者、1329例空腹血糖(FPG)受损者及16243例健康体检者血清尿酸水平及其相关代谢指标。根据血清尿酸水平分别对男、女T2DM患者进行分组,分析不同尿酸水平与各代谢指标的相关性。结果 T2DM及FPG受损者较血糖正常者年龄偏大,体重指数(BMI)、收缩压、FPG、甘油三酯、尿酸增高,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇降低;不同性别血糖水平与尿酸水平变化呈正性线性关系,相同血糖水平下男性尿酸水平明显高于女性;T2DM患者按照性别尿酸分层分析显示,BMI、收缩压、舒张压、胆固醇、甘油三酯和FPG与血清尿酸水平呈正相关。结论血清尿酸水平是T2DM发生发展的独立危险因素。
Objective To investigate the significance of serum uric acid in the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods Serum uric acid levels and related metabolic parameters were measured in 934 T2DM patients, 1329 impaired fasting glucose (FPG) and 16243 healthy subjects. According to the level of serum uric acid, male and female T2DM patients were divided into groups, and the correlation between different uric acid levels and each metabolic index was analyzed. Results T2DM and FPG were older than those with normal blood glucose, body mass index (BMI), systolic blood pressure, FPG, triglyceride, uric acid and high density lipoprotein cholesterol were decreased. The changes of blood glucose level and uric acid level were positive The serum uric acid levels were significantly higher in women with T2DM than those in women with the same blood glucose level. BMI, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides and FPG were positively correlated with serum uric acid levels in T2DM patients. Conclusion Serum uric acid level is an independent risk factor for the development of T2DM.
