This article shares the experience of HSE management of overseas engineering projects of China Envi Engineering Co., Ltd. It discusses the five elements of promoting overseas HSE management in overseas projects and puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the internationalization of HSE management. As more and more foreign contracting enterprises “going out ” participate in the international competition, one of the most important challenges in the HSE management is to be in line with international standards and to deal with the influential parties (suppliers, subcontractors, Service providers) to effectively control and reduce project risks, to achieve smooth operation of the project, and access to stakeholders (government
