目的:研究延胡索配伍不同止痛中药对小鼠痛阈昼夜节律的影响,探求止痛中药镇痛的最佳用药时间。方法:采用热板实验、扭体实验、热辐射实验等药理镇痛实验观察小鼠痛阈昼夜节律变化。结果:小鼠的痛阈存在显著的昼夜节律差异(P<0.05)。延胡索及各中药配伍组均能显著延长小鼠痛阈值(P<0.05),且镇痛作用存在显著的昼夜差别。结论:止痛中药的择时使用不仅可以依从疼痛自身敏感性的昼夜节律差异进行,还可适当参照镇痛药物在不同时辰的镇痛作用差异择药择时。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of different Chinese analgesic drugs combined with Corydalis on the circadian rhythm of pain threshold in mice, and to explore the optimal duration of analgesia for analgesic herbs. Methods: The circadian rhythm of pain threshold in mice was observed by pharmacological analgesic experiments such as hot plate test, writhing test and thermal radiation test. RESULTS: There was a significant circadian rhythm difference in the pain threshold of mice (P<0.05). Both Corydalis yanhusuo and various Chinese herbal compatibility groups significantly prolonged the pain threshold in mice (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference in daytime and nighttime analgesia. Conclusion: The selective use of analgesic traditional Chinese medicine can not only comply with the circadian rhythm of the pain sensitivity, but also can appropriately refer to the different choice of analgesic effect of analgesic drugs at different times.
