对于弦支穹顶结构预应力施工模拟分析,提出一种新的分析方法。基于结构施工态构形建立节点力非线性平衡方程,基于矩阵微分理论和牛顿切线法概念得到结构非线性平衡方程的线性逼近式,通过引入结构边界约束条件得到结构可动节点坐标迭代公式。给出的方法将施工张拉力或卸载压力视为外力直接施加于施工结构上,不需要将施工张力等效为初应变或初温差。使用该方法可有效考虑结构非线性特性、不同批次张拉施工的相互作用和临时支撑卸载施工。对一大型弦支穹顶结构算例进行了预应力施工模拟分析,验证了该方法的有效性。
For the simulation analysis of the prestressed construction of the suspen-dome, a new analysis method is proposed. Based on the state of structure construction, a nonlinear equilibrium equation of nodal force is established. Based on the matrix differential theory and the Newton tangent method, the linear approximation formula of nonlinear balance equation is obtained. The iterative formula for the coordinate of the movable node is obtained by introducing the constraint of structure boundary. Given the method of construction tension or unloading pressure as an external force applied directly to the construction structure, the construction tension is not equivalent to the initial strain or initial temperature difference. The method can effectively consider the structural nonlinearity, the interaction of different batches of tensioning construction and the temporary support of unloading construction. An example of a large suspen-dome structure is simulated by prestressing construction to verify the effectiveness of the method.
