目的探索昆明小鼠孕哺期高脂膳食对成年期仔鼠空间学习记忆能力的影响。方法成年雌性昆明小鼠随机分为对照组和高脂组,孕哺期分别饲以标准鼠粮和含20%猪油的高脂饲料。仔鼠4周断乳,随机选取对照组10只仔鼠为对照持续组维持原来膳食;高脂组10只仔鼠为高脂持续组维持原来饲料,10只仔鼠为高脂对照组转饲以标准饲料。16周,进行Morris水迷宫测试空间学习记忆能力。称量体重、内脏脂肪和全脑质量,检测血清瘦素水平。结果高脂持续组和高脂对照组的逃避潜伏期短于对照组(P<0.05),高脂对照组的穿越平台次数高于对照持续组(P<0.05);高脂持续组和高脂对照组的体重、内脏脂肪和全脑质量均大于对照组(P<0.05);高脂持续组血清瘦素水平高于对照持续组(P<0.05)。结论孕哺期高脂膳食可提高昆明小鼠子代成年期空间学习记忆能力。
Objective To explore the effects of high-fat diet during pregnancy and lactation on the spatial learning and memory in adulthood in Kunming mice. Methods Adult female Kunming mice were randomly divided into control group and hyperlipidemic group, fed with standard diet and high fat diet containing 20% lard respectively. The offspring of the offspring were weaned for 4 weeks and 10 offspring of the control group were randomly selected as the control group to maintain the original diet. The 10 offspring of the high fat diet group were fed with high fat diet, and the 10 offspring were fed with high fat control group With standard feed. 16 weeks, Morris water maze test space learning and memory ability. Body weight, visceral fat and whole brain weight were measured and serum leptin levels were measured. Results The escape latency of high fat diet group and high fat diet group was shorter than that of control group (P <0.05), while that of high fat diet group was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). In high fat diet group and high fat diet group The weight, visceral fat and total brain mass of the rats in the high-fat group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum leptin in the high-fat group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The high-fat diet during pregnancy and lactation can improve the spatial learning and memory ability of offspring in Kunming mice.
