目的:研究山蒟藤茎的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及制备型HPLC对山蒟藤茎的化学成分进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从山蒟藤茎95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-烯丙基儿茶酚(Ⅰ)、荜菝明宁碱(Ⅱ)、d-芝麻素(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、墙草碱(Ⅴ)、胡椒内酰胺A(Ⅵ)和胡椒内酰胺D(Ⅶ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of cane Methods: The chemical constituents of Cynantem cuspidatum were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from petroleum ether extraction fractions of 95% ethanolic extracts from the cane, identified as: 4-allylcatechol (Ⅰ), 荜 菝miningine (Ⅱ), d - sesamin (Ⅲ), β - sitosterol (Ⅳ), pellitorin (Ⅴ), caprolactam A (Ⅵ) and caprolactam D (Ⅶ). Conclusion: Among them, compounds Ⅰ, Ⅲ, Ⅵ and Ⅶ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
