在解放牌发动机大修过程中,当总成分解清洗后,对缸体进行水压试验时,常发现缸体装气门弹簧的上承孔内漏水。当发动机运转时,由于气门弹簧的上下振动频率较大,极容易造成承孔内漏水。漏水的部位,一般都在承孔上平面与内圆上端交界处。而漏水的承孔多发生在第二缸的进气门弹簧承孔。遇到这种情况,多用电焊修补。但电焊的效果并不十分理想。一是不易焊好,二是焊好后也会由于气门弹簧的上端与其接触,气门弹簧往复运动,不要多久,就会磨破漏水。近年来,我们采用在缸体气门弹簧承孔内镶套,使其获得了理想的解决。我们用此法修
