改革开放以来,我国公民社会初具雏形,同时新媒体以强势的姿态进入人们生活中。一方面,公众借助新媒体进行个人表达、参与公共生活,提升了自身的政治功效感和社区认同感,从而促进了公民社会的成长和发展;另一方面,公民社会的发展、公民意识的提高使公众参与网络表达的积极性提高,对新媒体的需求也随之增强。文章试图探究新媒体与公民社会之间的相互关系,为中国公民社会的建构提供一些借鉴意义。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s civil society has taken shape and the new media has entered the people’s life with a strong attitude. On the one hand, the public uses the new media to express themselves personally and participate in public life, enhancing their sense of political efficacy and community identity, thereby promoting the growth and development of civil society; on the other hand, the development of civil society and the improvement of civic awareness As a result, the enthusiasm of the public in participating in the network has been raised, and the demand for new media has also increased. The article attempts to explore the relationship between new media and civil society and provide some reference for the construction of Chinese civil society.
