Objective To explore the optimal extraction conditions of rosemary triterpene acid.Method Using cellulase method,by the single factor experiment and orthogonal design to study the extraction process of rosemary triterpene acid.Results The optimal enzymatic extraction conditions of rosemary triterpene acid were as follows: the enzyme dosage was 6 mg/g,and the enzymolysis time was 3.0 h,and the enzymolysis temperature was 55 ℃,and the pH value was 6.5.Under this condition,the rosemary triterpene acid extraction rate was 9.16%.Conclusion The cellulase can effectively destroy the cell wall,accelerate releasing of effective substance.Cellulase enzymolysis is provided with advantages as low price,mild enzymolysis conditions,simple process and good safety,and is worthy of popularization and application.
