本文应用美国BECKMAN6300型氨基酸自动分析仪对国产的兴京白参和朝鲜同类产品高丽白参中的游离氨基酸进行了测定。分析结果表明,兴京白参的游离氨基酸总量显著地高于高丽白参,近乎后者的2倍。其中人体必需氨基酸,半必需氨基酸,酸性、碱性和中性氨基酸的含量分别是后者的4.8、2.74、1.53、2.76和1.19倍
This article uses the American BECKMAN6300 type amino acid autoanalyzer to measure the free amino acid in domestically produced Xingjing White Ginseng and North Korea’s similar product Korean White Ginseng. The analysis showed that the total amount of free amino acids of Xingjing White Ginseng was significantly higher than that of Korean White Ginseng, which was nearly twice that of the latter. The content of essential amino acids, semi-essential amino acids, acidic, basic and neutral amino acids of the human body is 4.8, 2.74, 1.53, 2.76 and 1.19 times of the latter respectively.
