为了比较高羊茅“比赛2000”和“沪坪1号”在我国干旱半干旱地区环境绿化景观效果,试验采用不同浓度的聚乙二醇(PEG)-6000为渗透介质模拟干旱,测定2个品种高羊茅萌发期的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数及根茎比,评估其抗旱能力。结果表明:较低程度的干旱胁迫(5%PEG)能够促进草坪草“比赛2000”和“沪坪1号”种子的萌发,随着干旱程度的增加(10%~25%PEG),2种草坪草种子萌发明显受到抑制,发芽速度减缓,发芽率降低;与“沪坪1号”相比,“比赛2000”种子萌发率较高,表现出更强的抗旱能力,在干旱半干旱地区的草坪建植过程中具有优势。
